We offer a ‘dry hire’ venue for you to customize to your requirements. We have rooms that will accommodate guest numbers from 100 to 1000. The largest event we have held is an Asian wedding for 2000 people. The draped marquee style interior works well for functions of 100 guests seated ten per large round and still has plenty of room for a stage and a dance floor.




The maximum we would recommend in this space is 450 guests, anything above that and the Winchester Suite will be better suited to your requirements. This room also lends itself well to segregation requirements This extremely large room can happily accommodate 500 to 1000 guests seated at large round tables and still have room for your caterers, a large stage and a dance floor. This room is also draped in a marquee style. This room is extremely popular for large Asian weddings between 600 and 900 guests. The guests flow along the red carpet feeling like true VIP’s as the enter a breathtaking sea of beautifully decorated tables surrounded by an arm of chairs, all focused towards the brightly lite and colorful stage. The music and number of people make for an awe-inspiring event your guests will remember for a lifetime. Brides and their close family love to have a quiet, private space to change, take photos and be ready for the big event. The dressing room has great views of your guest arriving from the first floor or can have the blinds drawn but still have fantastic light from the floor to celling windows.




Full length mirrors offer the opportunity to make sure everything is just perfect. We are one of the very few venues who welcome your caterers with open arms. We are not experts in cooking exotic cuisine so we would much rather you had the choice to bring the caterer of your choice. We have caterers we can recommend if you prefer. The only stipulation we have is that the company you chose will be required to send a copy of their Food Hygiene Certification. We pride ourselves on being very flexible. We can customize the room to work with your budget. Wooden chairs are a great place to start but the gold padded chairs are slightly more expensive but remove the cost of chair covers. The chairs come in a number of different base colors to match in to the theme of your event. We have a huge stage, which is made from many large sections; this means we can customize it to suit your room layout. There is one main entrance to the main rooms but we also have the facilities to offer a segregation service with two separate door and a divide through the room with the stage visible from both rooms.
