Our wedding was very intimate, only 24 guests in the kelvin goon suite, but a perfect day, and the wedding coordinator was so helpful! Also my brother got married before us in the great hall and that was perfect also!
We celebrated our Wedding at Redworth Hall in June this year. The hotel is a beautiful location for both the ceremony and the reception. The staff were fantastic all the way through the planning process, the last minute panics and the day itself. On the day everything happens so ... so quickly and having such a great team meant it all went to plan, the food was fantasitc, the service great and Redworth did absolutely everything we asked them to. We had a really wonderful day with the party carrying on into the late evening as all our guests were able to stay at the hotel with us which really made it special. We can absolutley recommend Redworth Hall hotel for a wedding, no matter if a cosy small event or a big affair. Fabulous venue for your big day. The main building and grounds are beautiful and the great hall is amazing for your ceremony and wedding breakfast too. The staff are ... very proficient at running events and our day ran absolutely perfectly thanks to the dedication and organisation of the staff.
Prior to our big day we had several meeting with the events manager and nothing was too much trouble, even when it was a request that meant tweaking the standard package. the food was delicious and our evening reception was great too, which was held in a function suite. We used the venues DJ and we can fully recommend him too. The night was really smooth and the dancefloor never empty! The evening buffet food was delicious too. All our guests were able to stay at the venue thanks to the hotel having 134 rooms available. They were all given a discount on booking and they all said they loved their rooms and the breakfast too! The Redworth never have more than 2 weddings on the same day and if they do, they time everything so that the parties do not clash with each other at all, not with rooms or picture taking or anything. I have nothing but praise for this venue and would urge anyone planning their big day to consider this venue seriously. They take a huge amount of the inevitable stress involved away from you and make sure your day runs exactly as you want it to....
