OVERVIEW

VTB Junior Programme in London gives you a perfect opportunity to learn about the banking industry, working alongside high calibre professionals and develop a long-term career. During 8 weeks of the programme you will not only participate in day-to-day business tasks and projects, but also build your professional network and enrich your knowledge of our business as a whole whilst focusing on a specific division.

WHO CAN APPLY

The programme is designed to attract successful university students in their penultimate year of academic study, although exceptional candidates in other situations would potentially be considered.

• Strong academic credentials. Proven achievements, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, drive and clarity of thinking, ability to work under pressure
• Strong numerical ability, genuine interest in financial markets, current affairs and macroeconomics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

VTB Junior Programme in London runs for 8 weeks starting on the 1st of July.

The programme starts with two days VTB Capital orientation course where you will learn about our business, culture and products. You will also receive an in-depth introduction to the Investment Banking and Markets and Business Skills training which will help you to succeed during the programme. Over the course of the programme, you will also have an opportunity to participate in a variety of speaker series and networking events. You will participate in our performance management process and will be provided with feedback throughout the summer.

HOW TO APPLY:

You can apply from the 4th of March – the earlier the better as we review applications on a rolling basis.

Assessment for each programme is different but generally involves:

• On-line application
• On-line numerical and verbal-reasoning test
• Interview with Business and HR representatives
• Assessment centre
