Wellness Kick-off event for our store in The Promenade at WestlakeOn Saturday, February 28th, Vintage Grocers in The Promenade at Westlake was filled with some of our healthiest vendors, local fitness businesses and mostly FUN times! From Addictive Wellness Chocolates, to M & L Vegan Kitchen and CW Hemp Oils (to name just a few), customers enjoyed 3 hours of wellness and got to sample some of the amazing products. Pure Barre held two mini-classes, Orange Theory Fitness brought their rowing machine and shared all their information and Soul Cycle had a booth!Fit4Mom's Anniversary at Vintage Grocers at The Promenade in WestlakeVintage Grocers at The Promenade in Westlake celebrated with the Fit4Moms group as they had their 3rd Anniversary Party with us! 40+ Moms, with strollers and babies, started the morning at 9am with registration, goodie bags, hot coffee and balloon fun for the kids! We were joined by Babyganics and Hideout for more excitement. The whole group then took off around The Promenade, exercising in the cool, crisp air!
They returned at 10am for a light snack of water, sliced baguettes with hummus and spinach dip and a beautiful fruit salad and veggie crudite. Leah, one of our team members in the Coffee/Juice Bar has a beautiful daughter, Alika. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 2. The doctors and staff at Cedar Sinai have taken such wonderful care of her and her family. She is now 7 years old, and the tumor has returned.
