Userapi - site where you can receive information through GET method.
When you sign up there, you get your own Alias.
EXAMPLE(run in browser or in your application):
http://userapi.pp.ua/r/YOUR-ALIAS/?t=SOME-TEXT
So, instead of:
YOUR-ALIAS - must be your alias!
and instead of:
SOME-TEXT - must be your text!
And in your Admin Panel appears new row with(p.1):
1) Number
2) IP where it adress was run
3) Date, and hour
4) Your text
