Making a truly comfortable mattress is as much an art as a science. Experience builds better mattresses and with every Rogers mattress you'll feel the difference of that experience. Every mattress we make is built to dramatically improve you're ability to get a great nights sleep. As the manufacturer we can also insure that you'll never pay for hype or expensive advertising campaigns. Great mattresses start with the springs. The starting point for comfortable support begins with the mattress core. That's why we design and manufacture spring units to insure the best possible support for the comfort and durability over the lifetime of the mattress. Other manufacturers use foam blocks or off-the-shelf spring units for base support. Our mattresses are built using individually pocketed coil units including our most advanced Powercore™ springs.

Every Rogers mattress core is designed for your long term comfort, proper support and sleeping pleasure. Top quality padding and fabrics are the icing on the cake. The right padding or foam used correctly on a great spring unit makes the finest mattress possible. The padding interacts with the unit in a way that accentuates the positive qualities of the material. We use a variety of great foams and natural padding materials to insure that mattress you receive will exceed any expectation you have. Natural Talalay latex, cool gel foam, cradling bio memory foam, high-density, and our Nano spring coil system used correctly will give just the right feel, temperature and support night after night. Our soft, hypoallergenic covers and long wearing fabrics used to upholster each mattress provide the luxurious finishing touches that will welcome you home each night. Our commitment to responsible manufacturing. Since we actually make the mattresses we sell, our commitment to manufacturing responsibly is more than a promise.

Respect for the health and well being of our customers, employees and the environment are a top priority and key to our business philosophy and continued success. Absolutely no solvents are used in the construction and assembly of our Powercore™ mattresses. The steel for the innersprings is mostly post-industrial recycled and is 100% recyclable. The Bio-foam uses 30% plant based poly-oils to replace synthetic materials. Our mattresses are Fire Retardant, designed and tested to meet CSPC standard 1633 without any use of chemical treatments. Our foams are made without the use of PBDE, CFC's, mercury, lead or prohibited phthalates or other harmful substances. While in fact, no mattress made by anyone is completely emissions free, ours should be as low as any in the marketplace. We use foams and fabrics that are CertiPUR-US and Oekeo-Tex certified. Through our Health Equipment Loan Program (HELP), a national program of the Canadian Red Cross, we’re providing health equipment to individuals dealing with illness or injury.

Thanks to donors, local funders and partners; and with the support of dedicated volunteers and staff, our Health Equipment Loan Programs empower thousands of people each year to live more independently. HELP also plays an important role in the diversion of used equipment otherwise destined for landfill. HELP operates in the provinces of B.C., Alberta, New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as the Yukon territory. Our Short Term Loan Program alleviates the pressures that come along with injury or illness; assists seniors with mobility issues, allows people to return home from hospital earlier, and supports those in palliative care who wish to spend their final days in the comfort of their own home. For anyone who needs medical equipment to live safely at home, the Red Cross provides aids such as: HELP is a volunteer-supported, community-based service that is made possible through the support of health authorities, donations of used equipment, financial donations, and the efforts of thousands of volunteers and professional staff.

This program is an integral part of the Canadian health care system and ensures the health and safety of our clients by requesting a referral from a registered health care professional for all equipment loans. Visit our provincial pages to find all the information you need to access your community programs:Our mattresses are made entirely from wonderful wool fiber. Wool actively moves moisture away from your body and when exposed to air, it quickly releases any built-up moisture. Because of its many amazing natural properties, wool is the healthiest, most compatible fiber that we have found for your sleeping environment. Benefits of sleeping on wool — Click Here >> Many layers of wool are compressed into the double-stitched, thick woolen encasement with many equally tight tufts. Every step of this mattress is carefully hand-made with precise attention to detail.

This gorgeous wool-filled mattress is a product that will be passed on to future generations. You will not need to replace your mattress in 5, 10, 20, or even 50 years. A queen size mattress has over 100 tufts which are tightly tied to compress the mattress, leaving only about 10% more compression from regular use over time. The mattress should be placed on a slatted frame, to give it continual airflow. This continual airflow is the way this mattress maintains itself. Wool is an ‘active fiber’ which self neutralizes very quickly. We recommend taking the mattress into direct sun to be revitalized once a year. The key for the optimal performance of this all wool mattress is ‘dryness’. Continual and optimal airflow to the mattress will keep it at its best. Mattress Use and Care Information — Click Here >> We recommend that our mattress is paired with a topper for additional loft; the 5” mattress works wonderfully with a 3” Snugglemate for most sleeping situations.

He truly inspired us with his delightful whimsical approach to every little thing. All he wanted was the best, meaning the most pure, natural and comfortable mattress we could dream up. So, with his help and constant feedback – we finally admitted to ourselves that it had to be ALL WOOL – no springs, no cotton, no anything else – JUST WOOL – ALL THE WAY – and Oh my – this meant that our queen mattress would be filled with the fleeces of at least one year’s wool growth from 10 full grown ewes – EWE-WEE!! – can we give ourselves this kind of amazing gift from our wooly friends?
