We would like to remind you, that in accordance with IATA regulation mentioned below and association rules, it is obliged to refund to the credit card, which is used as form of payment in the original issue. Cash refunds of tickets which are issued against a credit card payment, will not be accepted and ADM (incl. administration costs) will be imposed for such refunds.

``The refunds of tickets for transportation issued against credit card will be made only to the credit card account of the person to whom such credit card has been issued`` ( as per IATA PASSENGER AIR TARIFF, GENERAL RULES, 9.3.3.2)

And please be informed that this also applies for tickets issued against cash payments, refund to any credit card in this case will not be accepted and ADM (incl. administration costs) will be imposed as well.

When ticket is reissued and penalty is collected in cash, form of payment of last ticket will be displayed as cash. When ticket is requested to be refund, original ticket’s form of payment has to be checked and interfered manually to credit card again to avoid mode of payment error.

In case of refunds of split payments (cash + credit card), cash refunds can not be more than cash payment and credit card refunds can not be more than credit card payment.
