Tron is the decentralized protocol based on Blockchain with the open original code aimed to create a worldwide free industry of the digital entertainments.
Tron makes digital entertainments all over the world available for the broad audience, for example live concerts, social networks, online casinos and games including mobile applications. It provides the functions of payment, storage, development and common usage.
The project solves the problems with the access to the content and digital entertainments and involves the popular conception of shared economy. TRON allows users to publish texts, images, videos and live streams in the distributed storage for the common usage.
TRON was created by the non-profit Singapore organization Tron Foundation. The members of TRON team are enthusiasts and successors of Tim Berners-Lee. The founder and CEO of the project, Justin Sun believes that the protocol of TRON is created for a broad audience and not only for the small groups of people.
