Arrange a collection via My Account. Please note, you will be able to select a collection date but not a specific time slot. We always attempt to process your returns as soon as they arrive back to us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. The Christmas delivery promise applies to Qualifying Items ordered between 10am on Friday 16th December and 10pm on Friday 23rd December 2016 where an expected delivery date up to and including Saturday 24th December 2016 is given. Your expected delivery date will be noted on your confirmation email. The Christmas delivery promise will be deemed to have been met if, on or before 24th December, a delivery or an attempted delivery is made in accordance with the delivery instructions, or the Qualifying Items are delivered to your chosen Collect+ location.
It is your responsibility to check the opening times of your chosen Collect+ location. If we fail to deliver, or attempt delivery as described above, we will credit you the cost of the applicable items, plus any delivery charge, by your original means of payment. Credits will be made by 31.01.17. Qualifying Items are any items not excluded from the Christmas delivery promise.
