We are the only cycle retailer that has created and delivers its own cycling maintenance qualifications, which has been approved by Lifetime awarding. Our in-house training locations allow us to maintain the highest industry standards. Mechanics receive regular training and assessment to ensure consistency and great service. Recommend every 3 to 9 months, dependent on use - Full safety check - Gears and brakes adjusted - Wheels removed & trued Recommend every 12 to 18 months, dependent on use - Silver Service plus: - Full strip down to frame and fork - Front & rear hub service - Bottom bracket & headset service Join us in store and learn basic bike maintenance skills at one of our FIX IT training sessions. These sessions happen fortnightly on Thursdays from 8:00pm - 9:00pm. Please contact the store or book online to reserve a place. Each place costs £15 and you will receive a FIX IT pack containing a training manual and over £15 worth of tools used during the session.
