Plus, shipping charges will no longer be calculated as part of the price match policy and store customer service desks will process requests on the spot, eliminating the need to make an additional phone call after the in-store purchase**. Plus, Extended Returns on Electronics Consistent with other efforts to improve the customer experience, the company has also updated its Return Policy. Now, select electronics previously subject to a limited 15-day window for returns, will be accepted with proof of purchase up to 30 days later. Price Match Guarantee will not be available on Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday. When two or more of the same item are purchased, Price Match will be limited to two of those items. Clearance, closeout, limited time only offers, damaged product, used, refurbished, open packages or liquidation sales are also excluded.
