Cut off for receiving your order on next working day is 12 noon. You will receive a tracking code by email. Once you have received your code you can track your item on the courier's website. You are however able to arrange for your item to be left with a neighbour, if you let us know in advance, or for it to be left safe at your porch garage etc. Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. These items can take up 2 weeks to arrive – However our latest statistics show that most of our heavy items are delivered within 4 days. Items are delivered via our 2 man - large items courier service. The delivery courier will send you an SMS to specify the date of your delivery, and provide you with a 3 hour window update 24 hours prior to your delivery. You will also be given the option to alter the delivery date if not suitable. The price advertised includes the delivery cost to a UK Mainland Postcode. Additional charges apply for other non UK mainland destinations (please ask us for a quote). The courier will normally deliver to your room of choice, provided there is easy access. If possible please check your item on delivery. If the item is damaged in any way the item must be signed for as DAMAGED or the item delivery can be refused. Items must be checked within 24 hours and any issues reported within that period. Mixed next day and 2- 4 weeks deliveries on the same order. If you have purchased items with different delivery dates on the same order, i.e. next working day delivery, and 2 to 4 week delivery, your items will be delivered altogether
within 2 to 4 weeks, so that you will not have to wait for deliveries more than once. However if you wish for your next working day items to be delivered immediately, please drop us a line or call us and we will ship those straight away.
