This two has two main actions - typing in text and clicking on the "PUBLISH" button. There are three categories of text: Title, Your name, and Your Story; therefore there seems to be four main actions that the user can achieve. Given these actions, I believe the primary use case for this tool is to publish a story. Because there are only four main actions, I think the tool exists to be a way to efficiently type up a body to text and publish it.
After doing some more exploration, the tool also allows the creator to edit the text. However, when another person access the published URL, they are unable to edit. Given this context, it seems that the tool exists to provide people a way to write a story and easily publish it. Because there are no sharing options, I believe that the tool is meant mainly for the author to write something and see what it would look in a published format. That said, the piece can be shared via sharing the URL, giving the author control over sharing the piece. Only those who know the URL can access the piece.
