Cloudy or windy days best to do a little shopping and the V&A Waterfront is great for this. A delight in winter is our warm sunny days. This is an apartment and although you don't see or hear your neighbors we do ask that you are mindful of your neighbours. The building rules require that no noise after 23:00 so that your neighbours are not disturbed.
Also please no big parties. There's a no smoking policy in this apartment but a beautiful big balcony if guests would like to smoke. We leave beautiful white fluffy gowns for each guest, please leave these behind when you leave. One can be bought on request. We also place luxury soaps & body lotions in each apartment but we ask that you leave these behind too. Again these can be bought on request.We are experiencing water and electricity shortages in our country so please be mindful of this and be considerate with your usage.
