It was an amazing film with excellent humour and inside jokes and references. The LEGO Batman Movie is the second LEGO movie to come out now and it has a lot to live up to; which it mostly does, but not entirely. In The LEGO Batman Movie the humour is constant and the Batman references on point. It had both adult and child laughing throughout and enjoying themselves, yet it was only these small moments that brought enjoyment, whereas the entirety of the film felt a little bland and unexciting. I enjoyed the film and I laughed throughout it, but by the end I was left feeling somewhat disappointed with its entirety. I thoroughly enjoy the LEGO movies and look forward to their continuance in years to come, including more appearances of Batman. I enjoyed The LEGO Batman Movie enough that I would watch it again and would recommend it to others. It is not the most amazing movie in the world, but it is a solid comedy that pokes fun at itself and the Batman series in general. The LEGO Batman Movie is definitely worth a watch and will have you laughing throughout.
