The Faster Build Pants are floating above the set in the middle of the lighting rigs. On the right side of the room where Where Are My Pants? is filmed, you'll find a wrench switch. Use a construction worker to activate the switch and the bleachers will pull back revealing a door. Head through the door and into a conference room. The Golden Manual is at the end of the long table. On the right side of the room where you'll find Golden Manual 1, is a row of colored panels. Play the "Everything Is Awesome!" melody by hitting the panels in the correct order (just follow the guy on the monitor above them) and the Golden Manual will appear. Climb the wall on the right side of the room up to the lighting rig. You'll find the Golden Manual on the rig on the far right. Use a flying character in the server room to retrieve the Golden Manual floating near the ceiling in the back of the room.
