A boring, regular dude Lego named Emmet (Chris Pratt) is suddenly called upon to save the world. Will Ferrell voices bad guy President Business, Elizabeth Banks as the super cool Wyldstyle, Alison Brie as Princess Unikitty, and Nick Offerman as a pirate named Metal Beard. Why We're IN: Phil Lord and Christopher Miller accomplished the unthinkable -- they made what seemed like a craven toy tie-in into a movie that everyone loves. It's kind of crazy.Post by Moviefone.Moviefone's Top Blu-ray of the Week"Picnic at Hanging Rock"(Criterion)What's It About?

A group of schoolgirls and their teacher go on a lovely picnic at Hanging Rock, a scenic rock formation in Australia. Their Valentine's Day outing takes a turn for the weird when several of them go missing, leaving a devastated community in their wake. Why We're IN: It's a gorgeous, creepy masterpiece, and it comes with all the Criterion bells and whistles: an extended interview with director Peter Weir, an on-set documentary, essays, and in some versions, a copy of the novel on which it was based, by Joan Lindsay.New on DVD & Blu-ray"13 Sins"What's It About? Indie fave Mark Webber ("Save the Date," "The End of Love," "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World") stars as a broke guy in quite a financial bind who's offered the chance to make over $6 mil quick. The problem is what he has to do to get that cash.IN or OUT: This little suspense/horror/thriller got mixed reviews, but fans of Daniel Stamm, who directed "The Last Exorcism," might want to give it a whirl."Almost Human"What's It About? Seth (Graham Skipper) is obviously upset when his friend Mark (Josh Ethier) disappears in what sounds like some crazy alien abduction, but when Mark returns, well, it's not good news for anyone.

Especially the people who have recently been murdered!IN or OUT: If you dig super low-budget horror, give this a shot. It's not for everyone, though."Ernest & Celestine"What's It About? Typically, mice and bears aren't the best of friends, so when Ernest, a musically inclined bear voiced by Forest Whitaker in the English dub of this French film, becomes pals with an artsy mouse named Celestine, it doesn't go over too well with their peers.IN or OUT: Totally in! This charming French animated film snagged awards at Cannes and the César Awards, as well as an Oscar nomination."The Grand Budapest Hotel"What's It About? Ralph Fiennes stars as a very dapper hotel concierge named Gustave H., who takes under his wing the younge Zero Moustafa (Tony Revolori). There's romance, thievery, cat murder, jail, ominous occupying forces, and so much more. Tilda Swinton appears all too briefly as the elderly Madame D., and Adrien Brody plays her vengeful son who sends some baddies after Gustave.IN or OUT: Wes Anderson lovers love this movie, and for good reason.

There's just no chance that it won't come out in a better Criterion edition in, like, a year, so unless you absolutely must have it now, hold off for a while. - moviefone (@moviefone) June 17, 2014"House of Cards: The Complete Second Season"What's It About? Kevin Spacey is back as devious Dem Frank Underwood, alongside Robin Wright as his wife Claire. The second season kicks off with a bang, just as Frank's about to become the Veep, and naturally the DC scheming is just non-stop.IN or OUT: It's incredibly popular and critically acclaimed, but it's a Netflix show so it's pretty easy to just, you know, watch it on Netflix."Benecio del Toro co-stars with Mathieu Amalric in this drama about a Native American WWII vet with PTSD (del Toro) who finds solace in his friendship with a French psychoanalyst slash anthropologist (Amalric). Talk about "the talking cure"!IN or OUT: Critics were pretty mixed on this film from French auteur Arnaud Desplechin, but perhaps it's because of that writer/director's pedigree that they felt let down?

As the eponymous ex-con, Nicolas Cage gets grizzly in this Southern-set film by David Gordon Green. Tye Sheridan, who was wonderful in Jeff Nichols' 2012 "Mud," co-stars as a teen whose troubled home life stirs something in Joe that changes both of their lives.IN or OUT: Fans of old Nicolas Cage, back before he was a larger-than-life personality, will be happy to see him dig into this dark, violent drama.EXCLUSIVE: Nic Cage talks about being inspired as a real-life grand-father (VIDEO)"Regular Show: The Complete Third Season"What's It About? The Cartoon Network show is about Rigby the raccoon and Mordecai the blue jay, and the many weird adventures they get into when they're goofing off at work.IN or OUT: It's been a hit on Cartoon Network, although not nearly as successful as, say, "Adventure Time." Still, if animated shows are your bag, it's worth a look."Walk of Shame"What's It About? In this terrible twist on Martin Scorsese's "After Hours," Elizabeth Banks stars as a news anchor who's left without cash, ID, phone, or transportation after a one-night stand with some yahoo played by James Marsden.

Her so-called walk of shame has to be pretty speedy 'cause she's got an important interview in, oh, eight hours.IN or OUT: So far out. New to Blu-ray"Hearts and Minds" (Criterion)What's It About? This is an incredible documentary by Peter Davis about the Vietnam War and its effects on both the US and Vietnam. Made in 1974, this doc was controversial for its portrayal of the United States' actions in Vietnam, and dismissed by some critics as anti-war propaganda.IN or OUT: Documentary fiends will want to add this to their collection ASAP, especially since it's loaded with over two hours of unused footage."Judex" (Criterion)What's It About? Georges Franju's '60s thriller is what the French would call "super cool," but in a fancy French accent instead of a stupid American one. Channing Pollock plays the mysterious caped Judex, a pulpy character originally created by Louis Feuillade ("Fantômas," " Les Vampires") for a series of silent films in the early 20th century, who kidnaps a banker who's been scamming his clients.
