The LEGO Movie Videogame - Level 15: The Final Showdown - The Lego Movie 100% Walkthrough There are three kragled citizens in the opening area (they look like lumpy, white blobs). Free them all with a punch or two and you'll earn a Golden Manual. Use a flying character to stand on the awning in front of a building on the right side of the opening area.

Press the prompted button and a bunch of studs will appear (enough to earn "The Special"). Follow them to the Golden Manual. In the second phase of the fight, Emmet's mech will be on a rooftop on the right and the other character will be on a rooftop on the left. Switch to a flying character and fly over to emit. Floating in the air is a Golden Manual. Now switch to a character with a laser and trace the gold trim of the giant billboard. It will collapse and behind it you'll find the Tight Pants. In the third stage of the fight, Emmet's mech and the other character will be on the same rooftop. Run to the right side and smash all three cooling units for a Golden Manual. Use a character with explosives to destroy the silver structures on either side of the rooftop for a Golden Manual. Saturday, December 31, 2016 - 7:00 pm to 12:00 am Plaza de Cesar Chavez | Market Avenue & Park Avenue, San Jose, CASkip to main content Countdown to The LEGO Batman Movie Get to Know Turner: Turner Sports LEGO Batman Blasts onto the CarpetAction Girl: Wyldstyle and Princess Uni-kitty at the very end. Adaptation Explanation Extrication: Emmet talking to Lord Business in the finale and convincing him to do a HeelFace Turn is kept in the Junior Novel and Video Game, but the context for whynote  isn't. Interestingly, the video game keeps the Plot Twist from the film, but still . Affectionate Parody: The movie frequently (though not completely) parodies summer blockbuster movies. The fact that Everything's Built with LEGO helps, as even the most spectacular explosions and overloaded action sequences end up becoming sillier as a result. Especially the scene with the real-life kid, which Emmet views as an Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever. Allegory Adventure: The movie notably toys with this trope.

The entire plot of the film is presented In-Universe as a metaphor for Finn's playtime in his dad's study, which explains why the ancient "relics" of human artifacts can appear alongside LEGO bricks. However, Emmet, complete with mental voiceover, is able to consciously move himself in this world, albeit with great difficulty. It's left to the viewer's interpretation whether or not the whole movie took place in Finn's head, or if the world of LEGO is its own universe that Finn and Dad can just manipulate. And the Adventure Continues: "We are fwom the pwanet Duplo, and we are hew to destwoy you!" Arc Words: "See everything" is used repeatedly to refer to the power of the Master Builders to see the potential in the pieces around them. Lord Business's obsession with keeping everything "how it is supposed to be." . "Now it's your turn to be the hero." Finn says that to Emmet during his vision, and Emmet says it to Wyldstyle before his Heroic Sacrifice. The power of the Special is... you're special.

Artistic License Chemistry: The mineral spirits The Man Upstairs uses to un-Kragle the Lego universe at the end would almost certainly remove the paint used to give minifigs their faces and clothing details, in the same way Lord Business uses nail polish remover to remove Bad Cop's "Good" face. We can safely assume that, being a Lego connoisseur, he was probably careful with the stuff. Ascended Meme: In the "Behind the Bricks" featurette, Vitruvius talks about how great it is that he's voiced by Morgan Freeman, noting the famous joke that "that man could read the phone book and make it sound interesting." He then proceeds to do just that.Vitruvius: Five five five, three four nine two. We have to admit, when this whole thing got started we never imagined it would grow to the size it has today. But when a studio’s imagination is left open with the powers of animation, then the most talented writers in Hollywood can construct some of the most imaginative stories from the ground up. That’s what’s happening with the various properties that Lego has acquired the rights to over the years. Now with hot characters such as Batman at their disposal, there are no limits to the amount of spinoff movies and potential sequels that the folks at Warner Bros can imagine. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the long-awaited LEGO Movie Sequel has finally set a release date. But before we see a follow-up to Emmet and his quest to become a master builder, we will first be treated to LEGO Batman, the spinoff launch for the popular toy version of the Dark Knight featured in the first film. The animated feature is currently set for a Feb. 10, 2017 release date with Adam McKay (Robot Chicken) set to direct.

Next up will be Ninjago, which has been pushed back to Sept. 22, 2017 after initially being set for a Sept. 23, 2016 release. The Ninja-based LEGO film will be based upon the popular line of playsets and will serve as the first film of many which will set up an “Avengers-style universe” for the rest of the series. Ninjago is set to be directed by Charlie Beam, who previously directed episodes for the TRON: Uprising animated television series. After being treated to more of the LEGO universe, the official sequel to last year’s smash hit will bow out on May 18, 2018. Although details on the follow-up are still scarce, Phil Lord and Chris Miller will be returning to write the sequel and have stated that it will take place four years after the first film with a focus on more female characters. Lord and Miller will also oversee the other movies as producers. Although we’re happy to have an official timeline for the next three LEGO movies, we have to admit that we’re not too pleased with such a long wait for each entry.
