Want to see the future of car technology? Brian Cooley found it for you at CES 2017 in Las Vegas and the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The connected home experience you didn't know you wanted Everything you need in a phone, except the headphone jackI started LEGO when I was around 5 years old. It always held, and still holds a special place within me. My Lego journey comprised of two sections. The basic Lego bricks, with which you can pretty much design anything you wish. Even though, there were times I wished it moved about rather than remaining stationery, I never felt bored with it. It took my imagination to greater heights and unraveled many doors for me.The LEGO Mindstorms which comprised of technic elements, bricks, motors, sensors and whatnot. What I couldn’t achieve with the archaic, I succeeded with this. My first kit was LEGO EV3 Home edition and I built my first robot with the help of the manual. Soon after that I worked on many more designs until finally I decided to make a car (with steering and gears).

I wished for a differential for smoother turning, but I didn’t have that piece in my kit. It looked:There was another build, which our team had to make for the World Robotics Olympiad held in UAE. The first robot served the function of drilling thermocol, collecting it on a tray, and finally depositing onto the second one which carried it outside. It was pretty fun to design and build this project. Have some great memories associated. Especially the moment when we were stuck due to some insufficient power delivered by the motor, but then managed to overcome it, the whole neighborhood got lit, I tell you!!Well these are the creations I believe would rest at the pinnacle. And I hope I build greater ones in the years that follow.I tried to make this. But now, i am thinking to buy this set.LEGO TECHNIC Porsche 911You can find more information at https://goo.gl/c1rYWwNews9 of the best Lego creations made by Manchester's Legoland Discovery Centre at the Trafford CentreThe team of brick builders love creating different designs to celebrate special occasions.

But fortunately the artists behind these amazing creations and sculptures never let the Legos go.

They kept building and in the process created the kinds of awesome things kids could only dream of. So thank you great Lego artists. We, and our five year-old selves, are very impressed. Why should you invest in one? First build of the year! yes the white stripe came from a lego sticker sheet :p a potential entry in my local lugs "spaceship SaceShip! SPACESHIP!?!" contest coming up, though I hve another one in the works that may take its p...lace... Not really sure what I was doing with the presentation but it kinda looks nifty? I might change it if I decide I dislike it all of a sudden. David David Hensel Lego CreationsWoohoo, 1000 likes! here's a quick review of the year I had in lego building, definitely the slowest year in terms of how much I built, I spent a lot of time devoted to my course, but I still reckon I made some pretty cool things ;) enjoy and happy new year! should be some new creations coming up in the next few weeks :)See allDavid Hensel Lego CreationsМеталлоискатель Submarine A failed prototype Russian intelligent submarine, built to detect metals on the ocean floor to find wrecked ships and sunken artifacts, but it would just detect itself and show constant maximum readings, rendering it useless.

The A-I pilot now wonders the seas, searching for meaning. Just something random that started as part of another build, then got taken off from that, and this sorta just happened. I was thinking of a train while I was building, ...so the fact it turned out to be a submarine sorta thing is quite curious, but whatever, I kinda like it :D David David Hensel Lego CreationsZECR Hoverbike The Cafe Racer of the future, so that you can get to your next coffee fix faster, in retro future style! This one is based off Gabes 'Crosscurrent' fighter, though I've changed it quite a bit over several iterations over the past few months. DavidDavid Hensel Lego CreationsRhosgobel Home to Radagast the Brown wizard, this house was featured briefly in the film "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey".

Only the front facade was view-able from the movie, the rest of the creation has been made up based on fan art and whatever I felt worked. With an estimated 20-25,000 bricks and a footprint of a 77cm square, this is by far my largest creation to date, and one of the most complex at that. I have previously built a rendition of the house, but much small...er, only the front facade and without the surrounding landscape, and I've always wished I had done a better job at it, so when I saw the opportunity to do it justice, I decided to go all out with it! This was built for and sponsored by The Christchurch Brick Show 2016, but will be displayed around New Zealand for the next year or so, until it hopefully finds a permanent home (It's too big to fit in my room... too big to fit through the door for that matter!) Some of the challenges I faced with this was the conflicting time with my (very intense) architecture studies, and creating it modular so that I could transport it... just making the house was a headache enough in itself!
