Many people have heard about BCAA by now, but far less actually know what it is and how to properly use it. You may know that it has something to do with athletes, but what exactly are the benefits? In fact, BCAA stands for branched-chain amino acids. These amino acids are essential to the human body and are typically found in certain foods. Typical foods that contain these amino acids include meats, dairy, and beans or legumes. The “branched chain” part of the BCAA simply refers to the chemical structure of these amino acids. This supplement are very popular in the health and fitness world because they help to build and protect muscle mass, even for those individuals who are dieting. If you have cut back on your diet, you likely have noticed that in addition to burning or losing fat, you are also losing muscle mass. For many athletes, this is not desirable. This is especially a problem for athletes who are injured and who are forced to stop working out completely. This stop in exercise can drastically decrease the amount of muscle mass a person has, but a branched chain supplement can help to slow down this process.

In particular, BCAAs are so popular because they are quickly absorbed by the bloodstream instead of having to be processed by the liver, like other supplements or other amino acids. With quick absorption, they go to work right away, helping athletes to build and sustain muscle while working out. This formula is the first to bond the three branched chain amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine - utilizing a proprietary process route, to form oligopeptides (a bonded chain of amino acids; for example, a peptide linked chain).

The oligopeptide-based branched chain amino acids may act as a better transport vehicle, which may alow for more efficient metabolization, greater bio-activity, enhanced onset time, and a generally improved BCAA model. Raspberry, snow cone, watermelon are all great flavours and i'm assuming other flavours would taste great too. Overall a great product for especially a hard gainer like myself as this does not allow body to burn muscle whilst trainingHmmm. Not What I ExpectedReview posted on 18 Aug 2016As we all know, most of the BCAAs are all the same and we pretty much get them anywhere. Having your own tub is the best though. Ive been using another BCAA ( the same one for about 6 years ) and I can honestly tell you that theres no difference performance wise.

Well they don't anyway. Its surprised me, its got a bit of a metallic after taste to it which I'm not really bothered about, but if youre fussy, then its i don't think you'd like it. Its tiny little scoops too, good value for money but most BCAAs do the same, but i still prefer mine that I've used for a very long time. Not going to tell you the name, don't want it being sold out lol.Awesome productReview posted on 02 Feb 2015Seriously check the bcaa profile and compare to other products so much more per serving in this product tastes fantastic also it's a tough call between these and Animal's NitroGreat Taste, Great Product!Review posted on 21 Mar 2014This is the first BCAA product I have used but my wife has used other brands. We are both BPI fans! I highly recommend this product.Good resultsReview posted on 18 Mar 2014For me the most important aspect of supplements is the quality of the product, how well it mixes. This product is great. I have used supplements which taste horrible in the past and what i can say about this product is that it tastes really, really nice.
