1. The subject of the article is WEB security.

2. The article starts with a description of possible attacks in the Internet which can be aimed at both personal websites and government or commercial websites.

3. The author highlights that those attacks can cause much damage to people.

4. The article goes on to say about attacks on user's traffic, namely, man in the middle attack when cracker can intercept the outgoing traffic and to replace it with fake traffic.

5. The author next describes DNS Spoofing which is to replace the top-level DNS server whith the hacker's server.

6. This type of attack is possible if hacker has his own server and registered domain name.

7. Then the author tells about DNSsec project. This project is based on public-key cryptography.

8. The author points out that this project offers some services which can make the Internet more safer.

9. Unfortunately, the introduction of such technologies is very slow which leads to additional problems.

10. In conclusion the author makes the following inference that nowadays there are no best ways to improve security of DNS-servers.
