You always start with the text itself. Later you add the title and of course your name. I recommend to use only one word as title. The actual link will usually consist of your title and the publishing date. That is easy to remember for further use of the link.

You can edit the text as long as you are in the same web session and browser. Therefore I would recommend to keep your writing project in the telegra.ph editor open until you begin a new project.
