A Bill for an Act to Establish Conscription in the Anglo-Dutch Empire
This Bill Enacts:
1) All citizens able to fight and defend will be conscripted into the military to help defend the nation and attack other nations
2) this includes our foreign colonies as they are the territory of the Empire
b) if any colony refuses to fight, they will be subject to a negative consequence.
3) A salary of 2K a week will be given to all conscripted soldiers.
