  • Responsible for the elaboration of the basic technical concepts within energy distribution.
  • The emphasis will be on the realization of projects.
  •  In our position, you also have close contact with the client and with your colleagues who work out the detailed engineering under your responsibility.
  •  You advise our customers in the technical field and coordinate the technical design with the customer within a project,
  • For the smaller projects, the project management tasks also lie with the lead engineer,
  • Creating basic designs and guiding detail designs in the field of low voltage distributors and rail duct systems;
  • Make technical requirements from the specifications transparent and convert them to an appropriate basic design;

Review basic technical and detail designs;

Drawing up project plans;

Ensure that the installations are designed and delivered in accordance with the set requirements;

  • Planning project work and compiling progress reports;

Directing and supervising fellow engineers for detailed engineering;

Checking and releasing the technical design;

  • Maintain proactive contact with the customer and the sales and quotation team;
  • Organizing and attending factory testing (FAT) with the customer;
  • Management of subcontractors 

nowledge of medium and low voltage electrical distributors, UPS systems, transformers and electrical fuses;

Experience in directing and coaching engineers;

  • focuses on evaluating, defining & executing battery energy storage opportunities.
  • ou will be responsible for the execution of projects from the design phase through to commissioning, while managing all engineering activities to ensure successful project deployment.
  • As a member of our team, you will help to shape the success of our projects in various applications worldwide.
  • have a strong focus on the deployment of utility-scale battery energy storage projects connected to HV and MV across the EMEA region.
  • ion of Electrical and Power Systems knowledge to identify and drive implementation of solutions for large scale battery energy storage projects;
  • Review and optimize the interconnection design of the battery energy storage system (single line diagram, layouts, protection, networking, SCADA and controls).
  • Produce documentation required to facilitate the safe and effective delivery of a project.
  • Work alongside service engineers during on site commissioning
  • Relevant work experience – including significant first-hand experience of electrical design and deployment of renewable energy systems;
  • oficient in the specification, technical bid analyses and procurement of major electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers etc.);
  • Proficient in High Voltage Interconnections, Ampacity Calculations, Short circuit, Load Flow, Protective Device Coordination, Arc Flash, Grounding per IEEE80 and other relevant design topics;
  • Experience with Battery Energy storage systems, PV systems or Wind Power Plant systems; power conversion systems;
  • Knowledge of codes and regulations applicable in IEC market and specifically in the EMEA region;
  • An ability to prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel. An excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce clear and concise written documents and diagrams;
  • Professional fluency in English, additional languages a strong plus.
  • In addition the following knowledge or experience would be highly beneficial:
  • Experience in Controls, Networking, SCADA;
  • AutoCAD skills;
  • Programming and UNIX;
  • Project management and/or EPC experience.
