Please note: Our 100 Night Guarantee and 10 Year Limited Warranty are both voided once the Leesa mattress leaves the US, Canada or the UK 10 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT LIMITED WARRANTYYour new Leesa mattress is covered by a 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect, and there’s no deductible. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from Leesa Sleep, LLC and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.” MattressesLeesa mattresses are engineered to deliver the best, most effective sleep possible. In order for that to happen, your Leesa mattress should be set-up on a solid base or foundation substantial enough to support the mattress and occupant(s).

This Limited Warranty covers the following instances during normal use:a)    Deterioration of the mattress resulting in a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag as a result of an improper or unsupportive foundation or base. Normal wear requires that a purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching, solid foundation, base, or frame substantial enough to support the mattress and occupant(s).b)    Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper set-up and normal use.c)    Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams and zipper assembly. Leesa may, at its own option, repair or replace the cover provided on the mattress. In the event that Leesa replaces the mattress cover, Leesa will replace it with the current style of cover available for the mattress, which may be of a different color, design, or material than the original cover provided.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:a)    A normal increase in softness of the memory foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress.b)    Comfort preference.c)    Physical abuse or damage to the structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage & stains, or  soiling.d)    Damage from using an improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base. e)    Replacement(s) of another piece in the Leesa sleep system, unless other piece(s) is also defective.f)    Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.g)    Product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.Product Replacement TermsExcept as otherwise provided herein, Leesa will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective during the length of this 10 year Limited Warranty, but any transportation or shipping costs associated with any such repairs or replacements are purchaser’s responsibility.

No new warranty is provided on a replacement product. The warranty for the replacement product runs from the date of  purchase of the original product. In connection with the replacement of a product in compliance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, if a purchaser elects to upgrade to a more expensive product, purchaser may do so by paying the difference between the cost of the original product being replaced and the cost of the upgraded product, plus the cost of any related additional sleep system pieces not being replaced as part of the warranty exchange. In the event of an upgrade as described in this paragraph, a new warranty will be provided for the upgraded product and related additional sleep system pieces only.THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF SELLER AS STATED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASER AND PURCHASER HEREBY WAIVES ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Home Guides Home Home Improvement Troubleshoot, Fix and Repair How to Replace the Upper Foam Edge on a Soft-Sided Waterbed Soft-sided waterbeds look like traditional quilted mattress beds. Soft-sided waterbeds consist of a quilted mattress cover with an internal foam frame that holds a fluid suspension mattress. The foam frame is made with four separate pieces of foam that form the walls or edges of the waterbed mattress cover. The top of the foam edges can become compressed over time and are easy to replace: Just unzip the top of the mattress cover, remove the flat foam-edged piece and replace it with a new one. Unzip the mattress cover and remove the top, or fold over the top to reveal the foam-lined walls and water bladder of the soft-sided waterbed. Measure the width and length of the foam inserts, often called foam rails of the soft-sided waterbed.

Measure the length, width and height of each side of the foam rails. Use these measurements to order replacement foam inserts. Drain the water out of the water mattress or bladder with a waterbed hose attachment. Remove the empty water mattress or bladder from the mattress cover. Remove the foam sides from the mattress cover. Insert the new foam sides into the mattress cover to create the edges or frame of the waterbed mattress. Replace the water mattress or bladder. Refill the water mattress. Set the top of the mattress cover back in place, or fold it back over. Align the zipper ends. Zip up the top of the mattress cover to close it. : Assembling a Softside WaterbedWaterbed Gallery: Softside Waterbed Assembly InstructionsWaterbed Parts Online: Take Softside Bed Measurements Photo Credits Thinkstock Images/Comstock/Getty Images Suggest a CorrectionA warranty protects the consumer from manufacturer defects that would require a repair or replacement. Warranties do not cover problems that are the result of misuse, mishandling or failure to meet the requirements outlined in the warranty card.

We offer customers assistance in initiating warranty claims. Contact customer service, or call (800) 919-2337 to talk with our Customer Service Department. Because warranties are designed to protect against manufacturing defects, the company that made the product, not the company that sells it, provides the warranty. Although MFRM Family of Brands does not carry the warranties on the products we sell, we do provide our customers with a trial period. See store for details. This trial period gives the customer the opportunity to exchange or receive a refund for the price of the bed if they are unhappy with their initial selection. The various manufacturers require proof of purchase before they can proceed with a customer's warranty claim and/or other adjustments to their accounts. For this reason, we advise you to keep your receipts, warranty paperwork, and manufacturer's law labels (the white tags sewn onto the end of each mattress or foundation). While many people remove these tags, we recommend that you leave them in place.

Law labels have information on them such as model number and manufacture date, which are helpful in processing warranty claims, especially in the event that your paperwork is lost. First and most important: Read through the manufacturer warranty card for details about what is considered a defect, making sure that the defective piece is free of stains, rips, tears, or damage. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 919-2337 so that we may begin the process. * We recommend reviewing your warranty card for additional details Do not try to force the bed into an upright or prone position, as it may cause permanent damage that is not covered by your warranty. You should contact the manufacturer's warranty department immediately. They have technicians who can either provide you with troubleshooting tips or provide a repair technician to resolve the problem. Depending on the year that you bought your adjustable bed, you will also need to know which manufacturer to contact.

Our Guarantee and the Manufacturer's Warranty: MFRM Family of Brands offers a trial period that allows the customer to receive a refund or exchange the bed for any other bed that we sell for a fee of $149 if they decide they are dissatisfied with the comfort of their original selection. Beyond this initial trial period, the products we sell are covered by national manufacturers' warranties, which range in length up to 20 years, depending on the product purchased. Terms and conditions of the national manufacturer's warranty are contained within the warranty card and are delivered with each mattress for the consumer's convenience. If you need to open a warranty claim, simply contact your salesperson for assistance. Fabric Protection products are available with specially treated mattress pads. In the event that stains or soiling occur (with a treated mattress within the warranty period) and cannot be removed, the fabric protection supplier will replace the mattress. Mattress protection products are available and can be purchased with the mattress.

See the terms and conditions of the limited warranty for details. Mattress Pads: At a minimum, a standard pad is recommended for all new mattresses to preserve and further protect the surface fabric from damage, spills and/or stains. Rotation Schedule: Some mattress manufacturers require that a mattress be rotated on a regular basis. With the newer "no-flip" models available, end-over-end rotation has largely been eliminated, however, older models may still require it. However, regular rotation allows the upholstery fabrics and foam layers to "reconstitute" and breathe, regaining their original form and loft. Failure to maintain a regular rotation schedule may result in permanent damage to your mattress and can also void your warranty coverage. Check your warranty card to determine whether your mattress is a newer no-flip model or an older model that still requires end-over-end flipping. Your warranty card also outlines how to rotate your mattress correctly and provides a recommended frequency of rotation.
