Business Systematization (Part 2)
In the previous post, we talked about the importance of systematization to automate business processes and as a step 1, you need to delegate some of your tasks to others.
Step 2: Segmentation and Sorting
In step 1, you sorted your to-do list by time. Now, divide them by sector. For example, categorize industry-related tasks with short but descriptive words such as "marketing", "sales", "production" and enter them in their "area" by attaching a responsible person. Let's see an example:
Marketing
- Monitoring of changes in the market of products/services of type A — Responsible employee A;
- Creation of SMM calendar for the new week — Responsible employee B;
- Conducting a seminar for the development of the marketing team — Responsible employee B;
Trade
- Development of interview templates with potential customers, if not developed — Responsible employee C
- Analysis and categorization of existing customer problems (like this one) — Responsible employee C
- Holding a seminar to develop the skills of sales staff — Responsible employee B;
Production
- Checking the condition of the equipment — Responsible employee J;
- Control of raw material base /qoldig — Employee J;
- Placing the manufactured products in the warehouse — Responsible K
Step 3, in the next post, to questions like "I'm divorced, what do I do next? What does this help?"
Step 3: Templating processes
Additional Notes
*Actually, this task should be done using CRM systems, not files. We'll take a look at these systems later, hopefully.

What is project management?
Another question, what is the project itself?
A bit of theory to begin with)
A project is a temporary effort to create a unique product , service , or result .
- A unique product is a Tesla car, a service is a Yandex taxi, and the result is, for example, winning an election;
A project is temporary , so it has a start and end time , defined scope and resources .
- preparation of an Internet store website within 1 month (time), according to the necessary functional requirements (coverage), for 3 million soums with the help of a programmer and designer (resource);
A project is unique , that is, it is not a repetitive process, but a set of operations / actions designed to achieve a single goal .
- Purpose: To create a telegram bot that allows restaurant customers to reserve a place in advance. The process ends when the bot starts. (includes additional development);
The most important factors in the implementation of the project: achieving the intended result or creating the result in the specified time and in the specified amount .
Thus, project management is the application of knowledge, skills, and technical tools and capabilities to design projects to meet project requirements.
Generally, the project management process is divided into the following 5 groups/phases:
1. Start
- Finding an idea, initiative, taking responsibility;
2. Planning
- Determination and proper allocation of necessary time and resources (+team);
3. Implementation
- Implementation within the limits of the specified requirements;
4. Monitoring and control
- Process and quality control, being an integrator;
5. Termination
- Successful project submission.
Little by little, as I often say, the rest is in future posts.
