KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings
Understand and translate retail customer needs into business and technology CRM solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
Provide implementation of design services through a range of digital methodologies
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements
Support user requirements capture and translation of requirements into business and digitally enabled solutions
Support the delivery of quality functional/application CRM designs
Support development and implementation of quality business solutions for the retail client

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES:

Master’s degree will be an advantage;
Good English is a must; fluent or native Russian language;
Ability to learn and desire to develop in the consulting company;
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
