My wife and I took a look at A LOT of different banquet halls from Milton to Ajax, from Downtown Toronto up to Kettleby and Newmarket and ultimately we decided on Paradise.Paradise was by far the best over all. In terms of price, our wedding co ordinator (Phil) really helped us out with moving some numbers around in order to get us into our "dream" wedding hall. The food and service day of was excellent. I heard nothing but compliments from all our guests. Every single person we dealt with at Paradise was perfect. Phil was very responsive to our questions and concerns. And Carmella helped to put all our ideas together. They were not restrictive on options and were very open with giving lots of suggestions and ideas to really help make our day personalized. I know after reading a lot of reviews this may sound cliche to hear again, but honestly my bride and I had no complaints. Paradise was able to deliver on every single request that we had.
They did not hesitate to come to us to ask how we were doing through out the entire night, and made sure we were treated like real kings and queens for the night. Also, at no point in time did we feel "rushed" at all. Believe it or not, I have heard and seen of horror stories where literally right at 1am (sometimes earlier!) all the lights would go on and staff would start cleaning up and packing up. Its like your times up, time to get out! At Paradise all our guests partied into the wee hours of the night and the staff were excellent making sure things were kept in order and also everything was kept topped up.I would absolutely recommend this hall and would not hesitate to book again.To be nit picky, after seeing so many banquet halls with my wife we ultimately came to the conclusion that there is no one single banquet hall that would fit all of both of our criteria, price aside. The only way we could get what we wanted was to build one ourselves lol! We have been to countless weddings and every wedding we went to always had just the one thing that wasnt good.
But honestly, once you break it all down to what you really NEED vs WANT - Paradise exceeded all our needs and also hit a lot of our wants. There is one drawback to booking with Paradise and that is having to deal with Good Vibrations (the in house DJ). I really wish Paradise would work with another in house DJ, because if they did this hall would be perfect.No complaints, only compliments from us!"
