Customers fled in terror last week as an angry customer stormed in to a Central Coast store, wielding a knife and demanding a $15,000 cash refund for her carpet.The woman, 48, allegedly threatened a staff member at the Lake Haven Harvey Norman store and damaged a number of furniture items.Shocking video shows store manager Matt Cooper forced to defend himself with a chair as he tried to move the woman away from a staff room door, where another member of staff had barricaded himself.In the meantime, frightened customers were ushered out a back security door.
