Please click here for more information. Very poor quality, do NOT buy I've just finished putting this cabinet together, and I have to say I'm shocked at how low quality it is, especially for $***+. The wood has literally dozens of blemishes (not from shipping, actual imperfections in the cut of the wood, dents, etc.). Very cheap laminate, although the wood beneath is sturdy (the cabinet is 80lbs) Worst of all, the hinges do NOT line up and each cabinet door scrapes against the top or the bottom of the base. It's infuriating that this thing is being sold for what it is. The quality is worth about half that. I will say that the instructions are fairly detailed, and better than what I've seen from other furniture I've purchased. Overall, it looks nice from afar, but once you get a look up close you realize it's quite cheap and poor quality. Do NOT buy - this is basically worse than Ikea quality. Not all the holes drilled We like the piece of furniture. It has a nice appearance and quality made.
The only complaint we have is that the lower right door side of the cabinet did not have the pre-drilled holes for the door like it should ahve. Since we were almost done putting it together we were stuck. We couldn't very well repack it and send it back. So we measured and after a few tries were able to get the holes for the hinges (both top and bottom) in place. Not worth the money Its a pain to assamble, quality of wood is terrible. I would not buy something like this again. I will probably paint it to cover the marks. This cabinet really looks nice in my small townhouse living room. I have a couple of other dark Wyndenhall pieces and it matches nicely. This is really a beautiful piece of furniture but it is difficult to put together There are 22 pages of instructions. You need a drill and rubber hammer as well as the screwdrivers There are more screws than needed and though the pieces are labeled it is difficult to know back from front. It took parts of 3 days to assemble but when it was done it was really beautiful.
The drawers and doors all open and close smoothly. The finish on the wood is perfect. Nothing was damaged in transit and it actually came sooner than expected I would rate it zero stars If I could. Very hard to assemble, cheap wood that scratches if you rub it. Drawers and doors do not fit correctly using the guide holes. Would not recommend buying one. I would return it if I could. No way to get it back in the box. Exactly the size I was looking for. The quality is good for the price point and not difficult to put together.
