Facility: South Arm Community Centre, 8880 Williams Road Come celebrate your child's special day at South Arm Community Centre. Two birthday party hosts will lead your child and their friends through a choice of activities, including crafts, games and face painting. The hosts will set up and take down al equipment and decorations that we provide as part of the package. There is an outdoor public playground and outdoor basketball court available for use during the party. Winter/Spring Birthday Party Availability: January 3 - June 25, 2017 1:00 - 3:00pm: Package 1 only 4:00 - 6:00pm: Package 1 only 11:00 - 1:00pm: Package 1 only $160.00 plus tax for up to 15 kids ages 1 - 12 years. Additional children can be added for $40.00 (max 25 children) This includes the use of the Birthday Party room for 2 hours

Maximum Capacity: 200 people OR 160 with dancing Damage Deposit: $200 OR $500 plus tax based on assessed risk Clean-up: Between 1:00am - 2:00am * additional event time - $50.00 per hour Special events liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $2 million and the City of Richmond and South Arm Community Association must be named as additional insured. Events with liquor present must also obtain a liquor permit and the insurance policy must state Host Liquor Liability. Tables/Chairs: Commissionaire oversees and assists with set up of tables and chairs for event.
