It is convenient, clean (recently remodeled the check-in and business center/breakfast area) and accepts pets. It is right off I-5 and listed as being in Patterson. We have stayed in Patterson at a different chain facility and we will repeat here at the Westley HIE but not in Patterson. This is clearly the message and narrative, "dont use me, I'm broken." That is clearly the wrong message to be sending. It begs the question, what exactly DOES work?
