The Grand Pavilion is a permanent structure with the look and feel of an outdoor tent, but the comforts of real walls, heating and air conditioning~much appreciated on those warm Northern California days, and secure on those early spring and late fall days where we may have sprinkles. The Pavilion Patio, adjacent to the Pavilion, is very convenient for a lovely ceremony, using either the traditional, white gazebo or the fountain as your background……and your guests can continue to use the patio later in the evening if you choose to set up a cigar and scotch station outdoors…fun! The Ose Community Room is available to rent seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm. A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 will be required to reserve a rental date. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for all community room rentals. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for all kitchen rentals. All rental fees are due (30) thirty days prior to the event date. Reservations are confirmed when the rental fees are paid in full. KVIE reserves the right to reassign any reserved date not paid in full within (30) thirty days of the event. KVIE requires a certificate of general liability insurance (naming KVIE as additionally insured) in an amount no less than $1,000,000 (one million dollars), for the date(s) covered in the rental agreement. If security is needed at your event, we will indicate those costs in your contract at reasonable hourly rates. KVIE has an ample amount of free (standard and handicap accessible) parking around our facility.
