Delivery Area: We provide our party rental services to the Northern Virginia area as far south as Woodbridge and as far West as Purcellville. This includes Prince Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Prince William County. Discounts: Northern Virginia Party Rentals offers discounts for orders of multiple inflatables, repeat customers and for those who have dedicated their lives as public servants (including military, fire departments, police, and teachers). We do not offer special pricing for other reasons. Safety: For you, your children, and your guests, before renting from anyone, verify that they are insured! We are fully insured with a $1 Million dollar General Liability deductible policy per occurrence. Upon request and reservation, a copy of the policy may be produced. For you, your children, and your guests, before renting from anyone, verify that they are insured! A few tips and reminders: (PLEASE READ BELOW) We accept cash and all major credit cards. If paying with cash, please note that our drivers don´t carry change. Payment is due at time of delivery. Due to the number of returned checks we no longer accept personal checks as a form of payment. (Company/Corporate Checks will be accepted with prior authorization.) Please call our office if you have stairs, a tiered backyard, or largely slopping hills of any kind, so we can discuss setup options. We can set up on most surfaces but no rocks, sticker patches, of any kind. If you have an underground sprinkler system, or irrigation lines, please call our office. In using metal stakes to secure the units, these stakes can cause damage should the irrigation lines be punchered.
We can not be held responsible if damage occurs. All inflatable units MUST be staked in the ground for safety. If this is not possible, and you require placement on a driveway, or parking lot, please call our office. We will call you the day before your event with a set up time (we sometimes have to arrive very early to get all of the jumps out on time but we do not charge for the extra time) Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. Once we´ve set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. Please see the FAQ and Policies pages on our web site. If your event will be at a park. It affects our scheduling and your pricing. You will need to either provide electricity within 50´ or rent a generator which we can provide at an additional cost.( See pricing for details) We want your party to go as smoothly as possible.
