Any additional equipment needed for each event that the HPCH does not normally provide can be provided by the client and will be the responsibility of the client. Any linen requirements for each event are not included in the rental fee. You are welcome to bring in the vendor, caterer, food/beverage of your choice making the Highland Park Community House affordable on all budgets. We can provide a list of vendors in the area who have successfully hosted events at the Community House. The Highland Park Community House provides, as part of our rental agreement, the following equipment for use with your event.
