The National Liberty Museum features eight beautiful galleries on four expansive floors, our historic building includes a world-class glass art collection, inspiring exhibits and stunning historic architecture. Venue rental fees vary according to gallery used, number of guests and days scheduled. The rental fees are based on a four-hour event. Venue rentals include use of the room that you have selected; selected number of tables and chairs.




The National Liberty Museum has a list of preferred caterers that are authorized to use the Museum. Although the Museum does not have a full kitchen on site, space is made available to caterers for final food preparation and set-up. For a list of our caterers, please call our Facility Rental & Events Manager at 215-925-2800, ext. 103. Lenfest Liberty Hall, Coming to America Gallery and the Education Center/Chihuly Gallery are available during daytime hours, evenings and weekends. Other galleries are available during the evening only, 7 days a week. Events requiring use of the entire Museum may not begin earlier than 5:30 pm unless otherwise agreed upon by the Museum. Events ending after 10:00 pm may be charged for staff overtime. Please check with your catering company. Unfortunately, it is not permitted. No candles, flames or any other combustible materials are permitted. Because of the nature of the Museum content and galleries, events with dancing are generally not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon by the Museum.
