Rent the Warehime-Myers Mansion The Warehime-Myers Mansion, 305 Baltimore Street, Hanover may be rented for large parties at very attractive rates. The Mansion's first floor features a grand entry way plus 4 large meeting rooms; this is duplicated around the central hall on the second floor. An elegant staircase connects the two floors. There are spacious porches on both floors. The 2nd floor porch provides more space. We have attractive rooms for business and private occasions: Please call (717) 637-6413 for an appointment. In order to reserve a date, half of the fee is due upon signing up for your reservation. The balance and security deposit are due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Set up may not begin until full payment has been received. Rental Terms and Conditions Rental, set-up of, and break-down of tents, tables, chairs, decorations and other equipment are the Lessee's responsibility. Tents and portable toilets must be rented by the lessee.
Food must be prepared and served by a fully licensed and insured caterer. Last call for the bar will be 30 minutes before the end of the event. Approved photography or event photographs are allowed. No object photographs are permitted. Music and Noise Restrictions: Music is permitted. Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.
