Located on St. Landry Road, about a mile from Tanger Outlet Mall, the Expo Center offers parish residents an exposition center capable of seating several thousand people. Hold your wedding in the beautiful Acadian style chapel, boasting 3,950 square feet of space, full sound system, and dressing rooms for the bride and groom. This lavish wooden church with bell tower and cathedral windows is surrounded by trees and meadows for a quaint look. Step inside to the mahogany dark wood interior, dimly lit by Italian, intricate candle chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. A game of Laser Tag lasts 7 minutes, with a new game starting every 10 minutes. Even if our birthday parties are completely booked, we still have a game every 20 minutes available for the public. The games are first-come, first-served, and we can fit up to 44 players in each game. Public games run on the hour, 20 after, and 40 after the hour. If your group would like to schedule a break in between your game times to play in the arcade or to eat, just let us know.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks – business/organization checks only. Proper ID is required for all non-cash transactions. I don’t want to play laser tag. I just want to rent your room for a shower or meeting. Can I do this? Yes, we have an event center that is fully operational with a media center for presentations or video montages. We have tables and chairs, and can host up to 55 people seated. Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?Those are the only outside food items that we do allow in to the facility. Am I allowed to tip the party host or hostess? Great service is included in your package, but for exceptional service, a gratuity is customary and acceptable. When do I need to arrive? Tell your guests to arrive when the party time is set to begin.
We already have 15 minutes built in to the start of the party for arrival time for your guests. You should arrive only 5 to 10 minutes early to check in with your party host(ess). At this time you will need to decide what type of pizza and drinks you would like for your event, and the host(ess) will review how the party will run and see if you would like to add on party upgrades. Will I be charged for adults or children who are under 46 inches tall? You will NOT be charged for any children not meeting the height requirements since they cannot play laser tag. You will only be charged for adults 18+ if you want them to play laser tag. Each adult is charged $2 per game, which will be added to your bill. Soft drinks will be supplied for all guests. If you would like to order extra pizza, just let your host(ess) know. Large one-topping pizzas for parties are $10.09 plus tax. Do I need to bring my own paper products?We supply all cups, plates, napkins, candles, and flatware.
Our job is to make sure that you don’t have to bring anything. What if I want a themed party? If you would like to stop by and take a tour of our facility and party rooms, please feel free. We would be happy to show you around. You are welcome to bring additional decorations – however, nothing can be attached to the murals in the party rooms with tape, staples, or pins. Also, no confetti or glitter is allowed in any area of the building. Do you have party favors?On the front of your confirmation letter you can see some of the favors that we offer, including everything from arcade credits and ice cream cups to T-shirts. You can build any size favor package you wish or purchase one of our already made favor bags. Either stop by before your party to pick them out ahead of time or just speak with your host(ess) the day of the event. How do I reserve a party time? Reserving your party time is simple. Either call us, or book it online using our simple-to-use system.
A $50 or $100 deposit will be required upon booking. The deposit will come off of the party total. If you book your party in-house, you can tour the facility, learn more about the party, and review our party options. Your deposit is only refundable or transferable if your party is canceled or rescheduled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date. How far in advance should I book my event? The most popular times book quickly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Weekdays are more flexible and easier to accommodate your party needs. To ensure you get the date and time you are looking for, please call us at least 2 months in advance. Who will be playing in my laser tag games? If you reserve a Mega Birthday Party or a Mega Group, it will just be your group in the arena for each game. If you book an Original Birthday Party you will be playing with, not against, another Original Birthday. We will only book Original Birthday Parties to play together up to a two-year age difference.
