Tables are included in the rental costs and set up ahead of time, but chairs and tablecloths must be brought by the couple or rented. The caterer primarily provides dishes. Tenting is available for a separate cost, but Rand-Bryan House provides contact information for its tent vendor.Rand-Bryan House lets couples pay for a desired number of hours, but they may break the time up however they wish.
For example, a couple who pays for eight hours of use may use some of that time on a different day for engagement photos or the morning of the event for special decorating and then return later for the ceremony and reception. Pricing for rental depends of the time frame, day of the week and number of hours desired. April through November pricing is more expensive than December through March pricing, and Friday or Sunday pricing is less expensive than Saturday pricing.A deposit is due at booking: $500 or 25 percent of the facility fee, whichever is greater. A $500 refundable security deposit is due two months before event, and the balance is due two months before the event.Couples have three package options. The Silver Package covers eight hours of venue use, the Gold Package provides 12 hours of venue use and the Platinum Package pays for 15 hours at the venue. Wonderful owner, beautiful venue I absolutely loved working with Martha at the Rand-Bryan House. Such beautiful grounds that were well maintained. On the day of Martha was there when you needed her but never in the way. We LOVE the Rand-Bryan house. They were super flexible, and got everything right down to the detail! The grounds were so beautiful and well-kept that it was the perfect place for our garden wedding! The Rand-Bryan House and property are absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony outside under a tent (rain was threatening), cocktail hour in the garden and on the porch, and reception inside. The windows allowed all the lush greenery to actually become part of our decor and it... We had our wedding and reception here and it is the PERFECT location for an indoor/outdoor celebration. The atmosphere and the grounds are simply breathtaking and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the festivities. I would not change a thing for our wedding. We recently had our wedding at the Rand-Bryan House and would definitely recommend it!
