Each item brought into the park must have its own permit. For permits, navigate to Event Helper. A copy of all permits and insurance must be provided to the park district 2 weeks prior to the event. *Ball fields are available for rental after 2:00pm. Basketball court rentals are from 12:00pm-5:30pm only. Without permits, the fields/courts are available on a first come-first serve basis if scheduled games are not being played. **Tents larger than 700 square feet or any tent with sides must secure a Village of Lisle permit. The Lisle Park District has the right to cancel, alter or terminate all or some of the conditions as provided for in the agreement and reserves the right to keep part or all of the security deposit in the event the renter and/or participants fail to comply with the established rules.
The $300 security deposit on shelters is refundable if no damage has occurred to park property and the renter followed park rules and regulations. The $100 security deposit on indoor rentals is refundable if no damage has occurred, the room is cleaned up, and the renter followed park rules and regulations. Shelter rentals which have 75 or more participants attending, are required to provide portable facilities based on the following scale: Add an additional Port-A-Let for each 150 people over 450. Look in your local phone book or online for rental companies. Indoor Room Rentals include the set up of Park District tables and chairs for your event. The use of tape is not allowed for decorating the walls or ceilings. The Recreation Center is a scent-free space and we request that all renters and guests of the facility refrain from using personal scents such as candles, incense or food materials that cause a noxious odor or chemical release.
