The ArtsQuest Center is an astounding venue with wondrous views of the infamous Bethlehem Steel Blast Furnaces and will surely make your wedding one to remember!Below are a few things to assist you in planning your wedding Schedule a menu tasting about 6 months prior to wedding date – review the menu and let us know what you are interested in trying!




Review the Detailed Checklist and inform us what you are looking to do for your wedding. The checklist is to help you keep track of any information you need from us or information we need from you! Schedule a meeting to review menu selection, diagrams, guest count about one week prior to wedding date (guest count is due 72 hours prior) On your wedding day – relax and enjoy every moment! The Blast Furnace Room is on the 2nd floor of the ArtsQuest Center. This room is 3,460 square feet and can hold up to 180 guests for a sit down reception with a dance floor. This space rents at $250 an hour with a 2 hour set up fee and 1 hour break down fee added to the actual event time. This rental fee includes our house linen (champagne), tables, chairs, and china. For a Saturday evening there is a $14,000 minimum (facility, food, beverage, tax, and gratuity) for the space. The Musikfest Café is on the 3rd and 4th floors of the ArtsQuest Center. The room is 7,310 square feet and can accommodate groups of 175-350.




This space rents for $400 an hour with a 2 hour set up fee and 1 hour break down fee added to the actual even time. For this room there are also audio visual fees as it is normally a concert venue. There is an awesome sound and lighting system as well as a removable stage in the space! For a Friday evening there is a $25,000 minimum and for a Saturday evening there is a $30,000 minimum for the space (minimums include facility fees, food, beverage, tax, and gratuity). From tasty brunches to exquisite entrees, our professional catering services will delight your guests with a variety of fine cuisine. Specialty celebration/wedding cakes may be purchased and delivered from a licensed food provider or bakery. No home baked items may be offered at a private event. There is an additional fee for Cake Cutting services. Delivery and set up arrangements must be made in advance of the event date and time.




Menu design and details must be confirmed 30 days in advance of all events. Special dietary requests can be included in all menu plans. Can we have our own caterer prepare food for the event at the Artsquest center?The ArtsQuest Center has its own catering service with a variety of food options available. Specialty celebration/wedding cakes may be purchased and delivered from a licensed food provider or bakery. Can we use our own decorations?You may use your own decorations; however, no tape, staples or nails may be used on the walls or furniture. Any repairs or damage to walls, furniture or equipment will be at client’s expense. Can we book a DJ or band for our event?DJ’s and Bands may play at your private event.
