Building Rental Fees & Prices Building Rental Reservation Building Rental Agreement The Boys & Girls Club of the Olympic Peninsula's facilities are available for rent. We offer a wide variety of spaces for meetings, group functions, wedding receptions and large events. Boys & Girls Club and School District activities operate Monday-Friday until 6pm (The teens have extended evening hours) These programs take priority of facility use. Submit a completed Facility Use Application and a $100 security/reservation deposit to Resource Development, for a scheduling consideration. When applicable a group must provide a Certificate of Insurance for the facility with minimum coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula as an additional insured.If applicant is renting the kitchen and serving food to outside individuals, the applicant must obtain a free Food Service Permit from Clallam County and a Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License to serve alcohol.

We are currently accepting reservations for summer 2017 lodge rentals. 2018 lodge rentals will be accepted beginning June 1, 2017, however we're happy to show the lodge and talk about our offerings at any time. Planning, Rentals + Equipment The Bayshore Clubhouse is one of the best places in town for a rustic and/or natural wedding reception.




The wood construction, asymmetrical vaulted ceilling and white twinkly lights already in place are perfect. Cheri is awesome answered all my questions and was very flexible. The facility is beautiful. Bayshore was not our first choice but it was probally the best. we had the ceremony right outside the building next to the pond. they have a kitchen with to ovens and a fridge to use. also a giant BBQ grill on the porch that we used for moose burgers and salmon. i loved the rusticness and space that the Bayshore Clubhouse provided, but I found the staff to be rude. They also cancelled my rehearsal a week before for a resident to hold a birthday party. I paid 1700 dollars to rent the space and was told that except for your actual wedding... The staff were great, very friendly and available for questions. The place was overall a little more spendy then other locations but in the end it was worth it because they put away the tables and chairs!!! Love the lights that are already hung up and that we had the place...
