It is available to all youth or civic organizations dedicated to or promoting youth activities. The camp is available for short-term camping and training.McCormick Lodge is a modern day dining hall which has a fully equipped kitchen including cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, silverware, electric range, refrigerator, and microwave. The lodge is heated with a gas furnace, has a restroom, running water, and is handicapped accessible. The dining area is equipped with tables and chairs. There is no sleeping in the lodge, and mattresses are not allowed to be brought into the lodge from any of the cabins.Phillips Scout Camp offers a sports field, horseshoe pits, nature hiking, and two main campfire areas. In addition to the cabins, campsites are available, including an island site that is perfect for primitive camping.
