Security must be in place 30 minutes prior to the event start time and remain in place at least 30 minutes after event end time. Notification of security arrangements must be submitted to the booking office by the balance due date as stated in the rental agreement. Two hours of museum access for guests isCoordination and advance notification is required. Additional time may be purchased at $100/hr. Events offering museum access require security. Additional museum access time may be purchased at $100 per hour. County Food Inspection and State Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules require that all food & beverage Any events which include the service of alcohol require security.
