The Gardens at Heather Farm offers large and small indoor meeting spaces perfect for training workshops, brainstorming sessions and board retreats. We can arrange customized packages and floor plans, as well as assist in sourcing vendors. On your event day, your rental spaces will be set up with tables and chairs before you arrive, and a member of our staff will be on hand to assist you throughout your event.Laptop Lounge is an ideal venue for a variety of events from workshops to mixers. 




We offer a highly flexible format for our after-hours events as you may configure our easily moveable furnishings to your ideal configuration.  Our giant 12′ wide whiteboard and our mobile 50″ flat-panel display mean you’ll have all the tools you need to complement your presentation.  Depending on the nature of your event, Laptop Lounge may even work with you to promote your event to our large community of members and friends through our social media channels, email database and more. There are two spaces available for after-hours event rentals with non-member rates as follows: Open Lounge (up to 50 people maximum) – $100/hour with 3 hour minimum. Diablo View Conference Room (up to 12 people) – $45/hour with 3 hour minimum. Please see below for some suggested configurations. Event rentals are approved on a case-by-case basis, so please CLICK HERE to submit your event request and we will contact you within one business day. The following guidelines apply to various event types you may wish to conduct.




Small Workshops (up to 12 people) – Events of this size can be hosted in our Diablo View Conference Room. This room features a long, cherry wood conference table, ten conference chairs and room for a few additional side chairs. There is a 42″ flat panel display and a whiteboard available for your use. Easy street level access and formal reception/registration area insure your attendees will have a great experience. Mid-sized Workshops (10 – 25 people) – Events of this size are best suited to our half-lounge layout. In this configuration, your featured speaker would stand in front of our giant 12′ whiteboard and, optionally, adjacent to our 50″ mobile flat-panel display. Easily moveable rolling chairs can be mixed alongside our comfy armchairs and couches to create a fun, casual feel for your event. Large Workshops (25 – 50 people) – If you are expecting more than 25 people for a sit down event, you will likely need to rent additional chairs and move some furnishings at Laptop Lounge.
