We are proud to say we have one of the most stunning views of Oklahoma City. Our seasonal rooftop is open to the public unless reserved for a private event.EVENTSPackard's caters events off-site, as well as on-site in our restaurant and on our spacious rooftop.Contact UsFor rooftop, catering and general inquiries, fill out our contact form and our event coordinator will contact you. Calendar shows only private events. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE ROOFTOP ACCOMMODATE?The rooftop capacity is rated at 220. We have tables, chairs and lounge furniture for around 100; there is additional bench seating around the perimeter. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RESERVE THE ENTIRE ROOFTOP?We offer rooftop rentals in different timed packages. Happy Hour / Dinner / Late Night. Requiring a rental fee and a food/beverage minimum which varies on the day of the week and rental package. Tax and gratuity not included. WHAT IS THE AUDIO / VIDEO SETUP LIKE?The rooftop is equipped with a sound system which uses a standard headphone connection.




You are welcome to create a custom playlist on an mp3 player to play during your event. We use a commercial version of Pandora Internet Radio. We do have a microphone available. Visual equipment is currently not available for non-private events. CAN WE HAVE LIVE MUSIC OR A DJ PLAY?Any and all live musical artists must be approved by Packard’s and our Landlord before performing on our rooftop. We reserve the right to control volume levels and end performances early if necessary. CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS FOR THE ROOFTOP?If the rooftop is rented private you may bring decorations.  All decorations must be approved ahead of time.  Please no confetti or glitter.HOW LATE DOES THE ROOFTOP STAY OPEN?A typical weeknight is around 10 P.M. Weekends 12 P.M. We have several apartments that border our rooftop to our West and to the North, and to be good neighbors we will not play music later than 11 P.M. WHAT WOULD BE THE CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER?If weather disrupts an event on the rooftop we will make every attempt to accommodate the event either in our dining room, (depending on prior reservations and seated diners) or the downstairs lobby.




WE HAVE A SMALLER GROUP AND DON'T WANT TO RENT THE ENTIRE ROOFTOP.If you want to reserve only a portion of the rooftop for a smaller gathering or event there will be a food and beverage minimum to hold a portion of the rooftop (See Rooftop Event Information above). Otherwise the rooftop is first come first serve.WHAT DO YOU SERVE ON THE ROOFTOP?The rooftop is primarily a bar offering an extensive selection of wine, can beer and select cocktails.  There is a rooftop food menu which can be ordered from the bar.  Food will come from our restaurant downstairs in togo containers.CAN WE GET MARRIED ON THE ROOFTOP?We have hosted many rooftop weddings.  Please fill out the Contact Us section above for dates and wedding package information.IS THE ROOFTOP 21 AND OLDER?On Fridays & Saturdays the rooftop is 21 and over. We offer painting classes for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bachelorette Parties, Corporate Events, Church Functions, Fundraisers, and much more! Our Private Events are $35 per person with a 15-person minimum charge, less may attend but the charge per event is a minimum of 15 people.  The event is a 2-hour class which includes a 16x20 gallery wrapped canvas, use of easels, brushes, paints, aprons, and the class is led by a professional instructor with the help of an assistant. Our Studio is of large capacity and is equipped with audio and video so that your guests can see what the artist is painting up close, and in detail. With our Private Events you can choose the painting; we have over 4,000 paintings to choose from in our Gallery and will be happy to help you choose the right one for your group. (We can create a painting for you for a $50 fee) Our Studio offers a full bar with a large selection of Wine, Bottled Beer, Cocktails, as well as soft drinks, bottled water, hot teas, & specialty coffee, all available for purchase.




If there is a particular item you would like, we can order it for you and have it available for your event. At our Studio, you are welcome to bring in catering or outside food, but outside beverages are not permitted.  We partner with several restaurants to help you with your catering needs.We will bring the party to you! We do not charge for travel that is within a 1.5 hour radius of Oklahoma City. We have tables and chairs for rent if needed. Everyone gets their own canvas and paints their own unique painting under the helpful guidance of our Artist and Artist Assistants. Allowing everyone to paint their own painting lets people show off their individual personalities! There is a non-refundable deposit of $175.00 that goes toward your total cost of the private painting event. Your deposit is due when you book your event. Children events are only $25 per child with a 15-person minimum charge, less may attend but the charge per event is for a minimum of 15 people.




These events last 1.5 to 2 hours and are open for ages 8-15 to paint without help from their parents. Younger may attend but the parents will need to help them with their paintings. Parents are welcome to paint their own canvas ($25). The canvas size is 11X14 and we supply the artist, an assistant, easels, brushes, paints, etc., needed for the class. We do supply a painting apron for them to wear; however, we suggest the children wear clothes that you do not mind getting paint on. we have many to choose from and will be happy to help you choose the right one for your event. Click HERE to look at our kid paintings. If you have a theme and/ or have something specific in mind, we can have one of our artists create it for a $25 fee. We do not charge for travel within a 1.5 hour radius of Oklahoma City. In addition to our regular classes, we offer various Team Building sessions: Individuals will create their own unique pieces, but will be encouraged to focus on a theme of your choosing.




Use your company motto or a new quarterly goal as inspirational guidelines. Choose one or few inspirational images. Pick an emotion to "literate" in color, select words (verbs, adjectives), or ONE WORD and challenge team members to include them in their pieces. Creative Team Building session allow participants to get creative within a semi-structured (but still low-key and fun) environment. Give everyone their own canvas or divide the group into teams for a unique team-building exercise. (11x14 canvas for individuals or 16x20 for two-person teams) (11x14 canvas for 2 hours or 16x20 canvas for 3 hours) "The Big Puzzle Picture" Group Canvas Choose a simple graphic. Each person will get one canvas with just part of the final image outlined on it. When everyone's done painting, the canvases can be arranged to make one large piece of art. Groups of 6 & 9 (15 total) working on 11 x 14 canvas (can be more). This format challenges your group's communication, teamwork, and creative problem solving skills.




One Large Interactive Canvas All participants share and paint on one huge canvas! Abstract or themed this one is fun for all! We can pre-paint canvas with a themed scene and participants can add what they feel belongs. Examples of backgrounds: Field (add your favorite flower), Night Sky (add constellations), Beach, Outline of State (add state icons), etc... Want to just rent our Studio space? We do that too! Private Concerts, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, and more. Wine and Palette Studio, Lounge, and Gallery, located in Automobile Alley’s historic Packard Building in the heart of Midtown, OKC! We offer our space (3000 sq ft) for many types of events. Space includes a full bar and space includes a full bar and has a capacity of 150 people. Space fees (based on 4 hours allotted time) Sunday through Thursday $1500 (additional hourly fee $75) Friday and Saturday $2500 (additional hour $125) $500 deposit due at time of booking.
