Renter may also choose to provide a back drop for the photo booth. This, as well as any other specialty items the renter prefers the facility staff to use in the set up process must be provided to the facility (dropped off at facility address named above) a minimum of 7 calendar days in advance to the scheduled event.)
• Renter will be provided with plastic table cloths in a color of their choice (so long as the event staff is able to obtain this color in a reasonable manner at a reasonable cost, being fair market value.) • Renter will also be given the opportunity to select from a variety of glass vases, candle holders, and lights which are available for display. However, it will be the client’s responsibly to make use of, or fill these decorative options. If the guest supplies a reasonable option My Place Event Services Staff will preset these arrangements for the client. This is up to and including filling vases, setting out candles or other decorative items and stringing a reasonable amount of lighting.
