Guard will stay until Hall is vacated. No alcohol is to be served after 12:00 a.m. If the Hall is vacated and cleaned before 2:00 a.m., you will receive a prorated refund of Hall protection. Charitable OrganizationsOrganizations that are exempt from tax as charitable organizations under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code may use the Hall on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) free of charge. Charitable organizations may be required to provide a copy of their IRS exemption determination letter. A $100.00 deposit must be paid in advance, which will be refunded if Hall is left in clean condition. Available for children ages 5-11! Basic Birthday Party ($175*) Host your own party with this option. Use of a private Celebration Room for 90 minutes for 10 children and 2 adults. Includes tables with colored table covers and seating for 12 guests. General admission to the Museum for all guests, including parents. Good for that day only. Reserved room will be available 15 minutes prior to and after party for set-up and clean-up. Additional party guests: $5/child; Additional 30 minutes in Celebration Room: $50. Jackson Pollock Party Package ($275*) Dress for a mess! Children will embrace Jackson Pollack’s expressive action style of painting by dripping, pouring, throwing, and splashing paint onto their canvas to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art to take home. Civil War Experience Package ($275*) Children will travel back through time to the 1860s and learn what life was like for a civil war soldier. Party guests will practice marching and artillery drills, play games of the time period, and learn about soldier’s daily activities. Parties must be scheduled a minimum of three weeks in advance. Reservations are subject to facility and staff availability. A deposit of 50% of the party price is required when reserving a date. Refunds will be made for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the reserved date; cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will result in the loss of deposit. A $25 administration fee will be deducted from any refund. Parents/hosts are invited to schedule a pre-party visit to view party space. Please provide us with your final guest list at least one week before the party. We need this information in order to check guests in as they arrive at the museum.
