Your Western Michigan University's department fund and cost center is required. During the pickup phase, all tables and chairs must be accounted for and a joint inspection conducted. If tables or chairs are missing the department will be given three business days to locate. If the missing tables and or chairs cannot be located after the elapsed period, the department will be charged the cost of the missing items. Covering your event is our specialty.

I have done extensive shopping for a new washer and dryer for my home. I found the associates back in the appliance department to be extremely helpful, attentive and taking time to answer all questions or concerns. They did not make me fell rushed or that I was just another number. The price I paid was competitive with other retailers, but it was from the outstanding guest services I received from Kathy and Brian back in the appliance department that assisted me in making my decision to buy from Home Depot in Portage. This is not my first time buying my appliances there, or other purchases, and certainly will not be my last.

They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately GE delivery dropped the ball when they delivered my washing machine. They 'installed it' and left my washer. My daughter heard noises and found water all over the floor. I called them immediately and they will not come back for two days. This is not home depots fault but I am disappointed with GE.
