It is a great store. This air conditioned and heated cottage has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with four twin beds). The living room has a couch, two side chairs, a television and a beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen provides a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining table with chairs and dinnerware. What is your maximum capacity? We have set our maximum capacity to 100 guests for the 2016 & 2017 seasons. The maximum that we can seat indoors is 50. A larger group (50-100) would likely require a tented reception/dinner. We do not provide the rentals (tent, table, chairs, etc.), but can recommend some great local rental companies. Can we provide our own food? We only allow licensed caterers. We’re happy to supply a list of our favorites (which include Eat Catering, Zingerman’s & The Moveable Feast — to name a few). Do you have a sound system? We have an extensive indoor sound system that is controlled via wifi – making it possible to DJ from your iPhone. We also have a large PA system for outdoor use which is available to rent.
